Although we hope you love all your items from Rebecca Vallance, we have a returns & exchange policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 


AFTERYAY SALE: Refunds, exchanges and store credit are available on items purchased during the sale period, if they are applicable to the conditions of returns. 

Rebecca Vallance will provide a full refund, size exchange or store credit for all full price items that adhere the conditions below. Final Sale items (items with product code containing 1804) are applicable for size exchange or store credit ONLY(No refund will be issued unless deemed faulty)

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

    • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. (14 days for International orders)
    • All original tags must remain attached.
    • Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition.
    • SALE items. Exchange or credit note ONLY. No refund will be issued unless product is deemed to be faulty.

Rebecca Vallance reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender. 





FREE DOMESTIC RETURNS

  1. We will email you by next business day with your Return Authorisation form & Free shipping label
  2. Simply place the authorisation form inside your parcel and stick the FREE shipping label on the outside
  3. Drop your parcel off at a convenient street Post Box 24/7 or at your local Post office
  4. Once received, we assess your return and if in compliance with our return policy, complete your refund.

Pease allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your return.

 



INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return is at the customers expense

  1. We will email you by the next business day with your return’s authorisation and return shipping address
  2. Simply place the authorisation form inside your parcel and send back to our Australian Warehouse.
  3. Once received, we assess your return and if in compliance with our return policy, complete your refund.

INSTORE RETURNS

At Rebecca Vallance we strive to ensure you are satisfied and love your purchase. Rebecca Vallance are unable to accept returns for purchases made online in store. Similarly purchases made within store cannot be returned online.

For purchases made within Rebecca Vallance boutiques, we offer a credit note or exchange within 7 days with proof of purchase, in original condition, and must not have been worn, washed or altered.

Any goods deemed faulty will be repaired, replaced or refunded. 

No exchanges or refunds on sale items unless deemed faulty.
