Online Exchanges & Returns

Rebecca Vallance strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll send you another colour, a new size, an entirely different style, or refund if the item is deemed faulty. A receipt or original invoice is required as proof of purchase on requests to return, exchange or refund items. We are happy to provide an exchange, gift voucher or a refund for your online purchase for items that are unworn, deemed faulty or are unwearable. 

Please note:

Returns will not be accepted without a request for an RA number and returns form from our Customer service team.  Please email showroom@rebeccavallance.com for this request.

Sale or promotion items can be exchanged or issued a credit note only, unless deemed faulty in which case the customer will receive a full refund. 

The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached.

You need to send the original receipt with your order.

All returns must be made within 14 days of order date. Refunds will exclude ANY postage costs unless deemdd faulty. Customers who receive shipping discounts must be aware that the full flat rate postage cost will still be deducted from the refund.

If one item is returned when two or more items have been purchased equaling $500 or more (qualifying for free domestic shipping): If the item/s the customer chooses to keep is still over $500, shipping WON’T be deducted from the refund of the returned item.

If one item is returned when two or more items have been purchased equaling $250 or more (qualifying for free domestic shipping): If the item/s kept falls under $500, shipping WILL be deducted from the refund of the returned item as the discount no longer applies.



INSTORE RETURNS

At Rebecca Vallance we strive to ensure you are satisfied and love your purchase. Rebecca Vallance are unable to accept returns for purchases made online in store. Similarly purchases made within store cannot be returned online.

For purchases made within Rebecca Vallance boutiques, we offer a credit note or exchange within 7 days with proof of purchase, in original condition, and must not have been worn, washed or altered.

Any goods deemed faulty will be repaired, replaced or refunded. 

No exchanges or refunds on sale items unless deemed faulty.


RETURNS BY MAIL

Please enclose your receipt and merchandise along with a Rebecca Vallance returns form within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Please return product to us via registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original saleable condition with tags attached.
