HOW DOES THE 10% SIGN UP DISCOUNT WORK? 

Rebecca Vallance offers a complimentary 10% discount for all first time customers that sign up to our mailing list. You will be sent a unique coupon code to your registered email shortly after signing up. You must create an account and be logged in for the code to work. This gift voucher code should be redeemed at the checkout and will apply to all full price items on your first order. If you are experiencing any problems, please get in touch with our customer care team via showroom@rebeccavallance.com within business hours, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm


WHICH CURRENCY IS USED ON THIS SITE?

The currencies displayed on our website are Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, US Dollar, Japanese Yen, GB Pound and Euro. These are for indicative purposes only, you will be charged in the Australian Dollar. 


WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal and all credit cards. For Australian customers, we offer Afterpay. 


WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is a payment option which allows you to receive your order straight away, and then pay for it in 4 equal fortnightly instalments, all interest free. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ONLINE?

You will be sent a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email to keep a close eye on your order. Any alerts of your delivery will be via email correspondence.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please review our Exchanges and Returns Page for further information on our returns policy, and instructions on how to return. If you have not received a returns form, you can contact showroom@rebeccavallance.com for a new one.


DOES REBECCA VALLANCE COSTS FOR RETURNS?

All costs associated with returning items to Rebecca Vallance are at the responsibility of the customer.


CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

You may return sale items for exchange or a credit note to spend on the Rebecca Vallance E-boutique. We do not provide refunds for sale items, unless in the event of a faulty product. 


I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Although we hope this never happens, if you have received an item from this website with a defect then please contact us at showroom@rebeccavallance.com and we will organise a replacement for you as soon as possible. If you have purchased a faulty Rebecca Vallance garment through one of our retailers, you must contact their Customer Care team.


WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES ON MY ORDERS?

Any additional duties, foreign taxes and other fees are at the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are determined and applied by your local customs and vary depending on the country in which you are shipping to. We suggest contacting your local customs office for further information.
