Can I return or exchange my online warehouse sale or warehouse sale product?
For Warehouse Sale and Online Warehouse Sale purchases, please note that there will be no returns, refunds, credit notes or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.

How do I track my order online?
Once you have placed your order and it has been sent out you will receive an email which will include your tracking details on your order. You will also have the ability if you are a logged in customer of Rebecca Vallance, you are able to also view your tracking details through the "My Account" section on this website.

Does Rebecca Vallance charge for returns?

Can I return full price items?
Full Price items can be returned for a refund or store credit.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items can be returned for store credit only, other than in the event of them being faulty.
Can I return FINAL SALE items?
Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned other than in the event of them being faulty. All Final Sale products are tagged with FINAL SALE on the product page for easy identification.
Can I make changes to my order?
Rebecca Vallance is unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you have made a mistake with the items you have purchased or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and unfortunately is not an option during sale and peak trading periods therefore Rebecca Vallance cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.
