  • TORSO:Measure across the shoulders with the tape running across back neckbone
  • BUST:Stand straight but relaxed with arms down at sides, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust
  • WAIST:Wrap the measuring tape around the top of your hip bone and the bottom of your ribs
  • HIP:Start at one hip and wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips
